DO THIS AFTER ANY POSSIBLE POWER OUTAGE!
Go to vc01 then Menu -> Site Recovery.
If it says "not configured", go to https://192.168.1.13:5480 and scroll to bottom where it shows Service Status.
If either of Tomcat or VRM are stopped, (re)start them and wait awhile. Try again through vc01 and make sure the jobs are there.
Open Site Recovery and it should show two replications. Click View Details -> Replications and make sure Status = OK for both.
