Assign Access IDs and Passwords for Parent Portal

1. Get the two students into your current student selection.

2. From the "Select Function" menu, choose "ID/Password Assignment"

3. UNcheck the box for "Assign Student Usernames and passwords" and make sure the boxes ARE checked for "Assign Access IDs and passwords" and "Enable access accounts for processed parents". Should look like this:

Afterward, if you go to the student's Access Accounts screen, it'll look something like this:

Then you can print the Parent Portal Letter, or email the access ID + password to the parents, or however you usually communicate these things to the family.
