Overview
Each list represents a selection of contacts. Generally, the only list to use is the Snow Day Today list -- it in turn includes all parents and all staff from PowerSchool, as well as the "Additional Contacts" manually-created list for people who have numbers outside of the usual PowerSchool fields, or who are not in PowerSchool at all, e.g. NHAS employees.
Dial-in ID and Password
Each time you use the list to send a message, if you are making a voice recording, it generates a new ID and password for that recording instance. If no changes have been made to the structure of the Snow Day list since the last time it was used, then there is a semi-permanent ID and password for if you need to send a call and you have no computer/Internet access. However, this ID/password CAN sometimes change, such as when we edited the Snow Day list to include the Additional Contacts sub-list; so, it's best to periodically check the ID/password, and update your offline notes if need be. Users can be enabled/disabled via PowerSchool -> System -> BrightArrow Settings -> Individual settings.
