Storing Grades

This is to be done after teachers have finished entering TRADITIONAL grades (where applicable e.g. grade 5 and up).
Go to School Management -> Academics -> Store Grades:
2. Select the given reporting term, and enter the same term code for the store code. So, Q1 to Q1, S1 to S1, etc.
3. In the "Exclude/Include Class Enrollments" section, check the box for "Include only enrollment records that are currently active and that were active on this date" and enter the date of the end of the quarter in question.
4. In the "Classes by term length" section, select "Store with no credit"Â (it will autofill a 0 in the % column) next to the full year; all of our classes are year-long classes. Leave the other term set to "Do not store."
5. Leave everything else as-is and click Submit
If teachers weren't done, or changes need to be made, you will need to repeat the same steps. But not necessarily for everyone in the school. You can do it for "currently selected students," or for a single course.section under "Additional filter options."
