Sending a call via computer

(If you have a smartphone, I think it's slightly easier to use that method.)
You will still need a phone in order to make a voice recording in any case.
1. Log in to PowerSchool and click BrightArrow My Lists in the lefthand navigation bar:
2. Click on the list named Snow Day Today:
3. Click New Message:
4. In section #1, check the boxes for Voice Call, Email, Texting, and (optionally) Email link to voice message -- this option will add a link in your email for people to be able to click to hear the recording. Kind of redundant in my opinion since they're getting called anyway, but it's up to you.
5. In section #2, select the You dial into a telephone number option. It will then display the dial in number, the ID, and the Password. These will be different each time. Call the number and follow the prompts, and don't leave this page/window:
6. When you complete the recording, within a second or two, you should see this on the right side:
7. In section #3, type the message to go in the email and text:
8. (Optional) You can preview the recording and the email/text if you like:
9. Ignore the other options, just scroll down and when ready, click Send Message Now:
