Chrome Notifications

At the top right, click the three dots and then Settings.

Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings. Scroll down to the Permissions section and click Notifications.

Then look for unrecognized sites, which are probably set to allow, and change it to block (or better yet remove) by clicking on the three dots to the right.
