Q: I'm a teacher or staff member or student at Crossroads and I need help with something, what do I do?
A: Please use this form to request tech support. It is monitored by a team of people so that you're more likely to get help quicker than if you contact individual people directly.

Q: I need a password, what do I do?
A: Darlene has individual staff members' passwords on file. For more centralized I.T.-related accounts, there is a Google spreadsheet with key passwords. It has an innocent-seeming name, and several hidden sheets. As of this writing, these are the people who have access to it: Darlene Gautreau, Amy Kreuzburg, Ryan Chappuis, Hazel Townsend, Marion Bates, Rob Kewer, networkadmin (account monitored by Marion Bates.) If this is too cryptic, write to one of us for clarification.
