Security Cameras

Klee has one camera, set up by Monadnock Security. Darlene set up an iPad with the "GV-Eye" app. Then we added a camera using the following info:

192.168.1.79

Ports 80/10000 (autofilled)

Username admin

Password admin

Charlie at Monadnock 603-878-0600 was helpful in recreating the config when we replaced the iPad. I also had to reboot the camera, which is done by going into the Klee basement teacher workroom and finding the PoE injector (marked GeoVision, same brand as the camera) and unplugging/replugging it.

Fanger has an NVR (Network Video Recorder) and as of this writing, two cameras, one on each of two main entry doors. Here's the setup info I have for that:

  1. Get iViewer app (for iOS, FIXME not sure about other OS's)

  2. Be on the local network

  3. Hotdog menu -> Add devices -> Add from list

  4. It should detect the NVR and the two cameras; add all

  5. When prompted, username Crossroads password Crossroads1!

  6. Give it a device name like "Fanger internal"

To view externally, you have to add it again in a different way:

  1. Hotdog menu -> Add devices -> Add devices manually

  2. Type our external IP -- 198.55.235.33

  3. Port = 8000

  4. Username and password same as before

  5. Give it a device name like "Fanger offsite"

Then, depending on which network you're on, use the symbol in the lower right to toggle. The model is ND9322P-v2 if that matters.

Fanger also has an elevator camera, details TBD.
