Attendance Correction

If a kid's report card shows crazy attendance like absurdly high absences, negative integers for "days present,"etc. then odds are that the kid's FTE is blank. This may result from a SchoolAdmin import sometimes or always, we're not sure. Anyway here's how to fix it:

1. Find the student -> Transfer info -> click this year's enrollment -> if the FTE is blank, set it to "Full Time" and submit

2. Go to Special functions -> Attendance functions -> Refresh Premier Attendance Views Data -> the 1 selected student only -> Submit

To check for any others with this problem, search for

fteid=

(i.e. "wherever the FTEID field is blank") and correct any students in the results using the steps above.
